JF Jones Warranty Our jewelry, custom designs and repairs are guaranteed from defects in workmanship and materials for one year. Due to the fragility of opals and hollow jewelry, and the temporary nature of plating, finishes, and epoxy, these items are not covered by the warranty. Any repairs or modifications performed by another jeweler will void this warranty. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, normal or excessive wear and tear, loss, theft, or unexplained disappearance.
