Our Warranty

Guaranteed from manufacturers defect for one year. No warranty on opals, hollow jewelry, plating/finish/epoxy. Work done by another jeweler voids our warranty

Manufacturer Warranty

Some of our manufacturers offer an extended warranty. $20 fee for shipping/insurance.

Alteration of item voids manufacturer warranty. Subject to manufacturer availability, terms and conditions.

Complimentary Ring Sizing

One time, one size, within one year of purchase. $100 minimum purchase.

Shipping

All online for the continental United States can be placed with the option of Free Shipping, and we will send your items First Class through the U.S. Postal Service. Tracking numbers are delivered via email for your convenience.

All shipping options include tracking. Shipping time contingent on product, location and method.

Orders placed over the weekend  and Monday will be processed on the following Tuesday.

  • Economy (Approximately 5-10 Business Days)
    • Orders over $200 Free
    • Orders under $200 Flat rate $9.99
  • Standard (Approximately 2-5 Business Days) $19.99
  • Express (1-2 Business Days) $29.99

Unless specified otherwise, most orders placed before 11:00am EST Tuesday – Friday will ship the same day. All days are given in Business Days, and exclude Federal Holidays. Weekend/Monday orders will be fulfilled on Tuesday. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Online Return Policies

We will gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of the purchase (or 15 days from a nationally recognized holiday)

Item(s) must be returned with all original materials

  • Original Packaging (jewelry/watch box)
  • Manufacturer Warranty Booklet (where applicable)
  • Laboratory Report (where applicable)
  • Promotional gift with purchase (where applicable)

No returns on the following:

  • Worn or damaged items
  • Altered Items (Sized, engraved)
  • Custom, special order or personalized

Item(s) may be exchanged for store credit, no refunds (Unless item is defective or as a result of our error.)  No credit will be given for shipping (unless deemed our error.) Store credit is good for one year from original purchase date.

Please contact us to request a return authorization number (RA#)

Mailing and Insuring the Package
For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice, including any shipping charges, and send the package by registered mail, via the U.S. Postal Service. This is the safest way to ship high-value items. Please do not use FedEx or UPS.

Items purchased online may also be returned to our store.

Packages without an RA# will not be accepted

Condition of the Item
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn, unaltered and undamaged. Your return will be processed after we have a chance to inspect the item and verify its condition. Merchandise not in new condition will be returned to the purchaser.

Include All Original Materials

Please return the item with all of the original materials: warranties, laboratory report, jewelry/watch box, promotional gift with purchase, etc.

Returning a Watch
Do not wear a watch if you think you may return it. Any wear may result in minute damage that will prevent us from reselling the watch. Any watch that has been resized, scratched or otherwise altered will not be accepted.

Please return the watch in the original box, with all packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and instruction booklets.

Returning an Item You Received as a Gift
If you would like to return an item received as a gift, please follow the same directions as above. It is especially important that the authorization number is written on the address label. You have the option to exchange the item or receive a gift card. Please contact info@jfjonesjewelers.com to exchange merchandise.
