I worked with Brittany to create a engagement ring and after everything, it came out perfect! She was able to create it exactly how I had asked and the computer model that she had created and showed me was spot on to the ring itself. My husband and I bought our wedding and engagements rings from JF Jones 7 years ago and we would never go to another jeweler again. They are all amazing here. Brittany really listens to what you’re looking for and does not just try to sell you. She’s actually talked me out of impulse purchases that she knew was not what I was looking for! They’ve been our go to place for gifts for family and custom made pieces! It’s always a warm and welcoming experience. I trust them completely, the quality of their jewelry is just amazing. I refer them to everyone I know and I personally wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

I cannot possibly say enough positive about my experience here. First, is skills. They have impeccable skills. They repaired my watch and then gave me a printout showing how accurate it is after the repair. Second is cost. They were more than fair in working with me. They actively worked with me to reduce my costs. They have a supplier that provided my new watch band at a fraction of the original price. Third is personableness. The owner asked me to sit on the chair next to him while he adjusted my new watch band instead of me walking around the store while I waited. These folks rate ten stars out of five. I could not be more pleased.

They have a fantastic selection in stock and ALWAYS have found exactly what I needed when I wanted a custom ring or necklace! The quality is SO much better than a chain jewelry store - please do not waste your money there! Luckily when I shopped at a chain I bought insurance, BUT had to use it multiple times and my time is valuable!! Never once have I had to go to this store with a defect after many years. Love the atmosphere, people, even the website is nice where I can book an appt. best jewelry store in the greater Rochester area!!

My Fiancé came here for my Engagement ring. JF Jones was the only place that had a variety of rings to show. Many places could only show him a picture on a computer. He wanted to see in person what he was spending his money on. JF Jones not only has a great selection, but they are knowledgeable, and very personable. We have since gone back to purchase our wedding bands. They stay updated on the new styles. I wanted a unique band. After showing them a picture they told me they had a shipment coming in the following week with that style. I went back the following week and it was exactly what I was looking for. We can’t say enough great things about JF Jones. They are now our forever jeweler.

I stopped in because of my engagement ring, which is slightly large and has been spinning since I received it in August. The staff there is super kind and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain to me what my options were. I opted for sizing beads, which were put on my ring that same day. They also tightened the stones on my ring and gave it a much-needed polish. After this week’s experience, I plan to get my wedding band from here! Highly recommend this place.

I contacted Brittany wanting my engagement ring re-mounted. The first experience I had was with a different jewelry store and it wasn’t the best or design that I was looking for so I hated my ring from the beginning. I sent Brittany an email and told her about my previous experience and showed her pictures of what I wanted my dream engagement ring to look like. Brittany replied right away and I eventually ended up making an appointment at JF Jones to see what the mounts looked like in person. I had a specific mount in mind that I’ve had my eye on for a while and I saw it in person and it wasn’t really doing any justice for me. Brittany showed me a ring mount I never would have picked myself in a million years and I ended up falling in love with it and bought it. My experience at JF Jones was amazing from start to finish and I highly recommend coming here for all your jewelry needs. I will definitely be coming back for mine, including my wedding band! Thank you, Brittany! I finally have my dream ring.

Several times over perhaps 15 years I have gone to JF Jones for watch battery replacements. This is not a big deal in the jewelry world, I know, and to make matters even less significant, my watches have always been of the most inexpensive kind available in mall kiosks. Nevertheless, the JF Jones jewelers express no disdain and, in fact, treat me as well as I imagine they would treat high-spending customers. In addition, the cost of the battery replacement is very modest. I know from experience that these things are not true at certain other jewelers in the area where it has been made clear to me that my battery replacement needs were quite lowly although, at the same time, worthy of a much higher cost. Besides all of that, the JF Jones show room is quite beautiful -- both the jewelry and the way it is displayed. They also sponsor an annual appraisal service that is very useful.

After doing a lot of EXTENSIVE research I went into JF Jones for the first time today to have a new battery put in my Burberry watch. As soon as I walked I was greeted with warm "hello, what can I help you find?". The woman who assisted me had brown hair about mid length; very personable! The older woman offered my 7 year old son, who tagged along with me, a lollipop while we waited. I lived in Greece my whole life before I moved away and I am shocked I have never gotten all my watch batteries @ JF Jones before. Very friendly! I felt like I was treated as if my son and I were family members or close family friends. I will not go anywhere else for watch batteries!!

I cannot say enough about Brittany! She is so patient and helped us find exactly what we were looking for! When i had my ring sized and the setting changed she managed to change the turn around time from 2-3 weeks to 4 days and then had it done in 3!!! She is absolutely amazing to work with!

I had to have my ring appraised for insurance purposes and I had to have it done quickly. Brittany said, she could have it for me in 3 days. She had it done on time and did a great job. She explained issues that the ring had and offered solutions. I had a great experience. The next time I am in the market for fine jewelry I will definitely go to JF Jones Jewelers. You should check them out for your next purchase. They have great all around customer service. Side note: a Beautiful store and jewelry too.

Brought a few items in to be repaired. They replaced a small stone in a ring and reinforced the other stones. It was completed in less than a week. We also purchased a silver chain for a necklace that the chain broke. They replaced the chain and cleaned the pendant. I would go there again for repairs. They have a nice selection of jewelry in all levels of affordability.
